Restrictions:
Port(port piers 1,2,3,6,7) is not open free for foreign flag vessels ref Ministry of Transport Order # 469 dated 25 November 1998. Please contact agency for obtaining permission from “State Department of Sea and River Transport of Ukraine”.
Berths # 1,2,3,6,7(dry cargo): Max LOA 140m; max draft 4,50m fw,
Berth # 7(liquid cargo): Max LOA 100m; max draft 5,50m fw,
Anchorage:
Max LOA 180m; max draft 8,50m fw,

No night mooring/unmooring operations.
River channel
Channel traffic/entrance prohibited during fog, mist, snowfall, heavy shower, and other conditions when leading beacons or leading lights are not visible well and in case wind speed exceeds 15 m/sec.
Ice campaign restrictions:
1. vessels permitted to proceed via the channel without restriction:
ice class vessels with steel propeller and main engine over 2000hp and under age of 20years.
2. vessels permitted to proceed via the channel with scheduled group ice convoy under shipowners risk:
non ice class vessels with bronze propeller and/or main engine 1500-2000hp and/or over age of 20years.
3. vessels permitted to proceed via the channel with individual ice convoy only under shipowners risk:
all sea-river type and/or other non ice class vessels, main engine less 1500hp which will not be able to arrange necessary speed over 8knots.
